Sinegugu is an absolutely amazing mother, warrior and friend. She suffers from a debilitating neurological condition called dystonia that causes severe muscle contractions, spasms, and pain beyond belief. As if coping with this illness is not enough, Sinegugu also faces a daily challenge to simply keep her family alive. They currently do not have clean water and medical expenses have been even higher because of this. Despite all of this, Sinegugu blesses us everyday with her compassion and love. We are raising money to purchase a water tank. Any additional funds will be used to supply food and help cover medical costs.
